Red And Blue Floating Spots On My Tv
I bought my Panasonic 52LCX 65 TV from someone. they told me that they recently had the lamp replaced but I have noticed red and blue floating spots on the TV. What part can I buy to fix this problem? I've heard it is a common problem with this TV and that your company offers a solution.

Yes, this is a known issue. It has to do with corrupted data, and an authorized shop will have the machine to hook to your unit to re-write the EEPROM. Contact Panasonic to find the local servicer: http://shop.panasonic.com/support/?support=y
