Panasonic Microwve Nns533...no Power, No Lights, Completely Dead. Power Supply?

Probably. This is the same advice I give to every question about microwave ovens.
Take it into a service shop.
Microwaves can be dangerous when they fail. They can leak radiation into the room. They use a magnetron tube to heat food. The same device is used on ship radar systems. You cannot service it yourself and if you do you can cause fire or physical harm to yourself.
Many appliance stores can repair them for a reasonable fee.

You more than likely have an open AC fuse, and this generally opens when one of the door interlock fails, or a component in the high voltage section like the magnetron, diode, capacitor or transformer (usually there was a loud growl before it went dead). If the control board failed the interior light would still work. I highly recommend a technician look at it. The repair costs are usually in the area of $70, and the magnetron might be still under warranty if the unit isn't still warrantied
