What Would Cause My Microwave To Just Shutoff And Not Come Back On ?

This is usually caused by overheating of the device. Unfortunately, the only solution for this is to bring the device to a certified electronics/appliance technician. Please avoid experimenting / repairing this product by your own to avoid accidents.
