I Have The Tge274s Along With At&t Home Phone Base.

I am consistently receiving the message "Voice mail msg. via phone co." I called the phone with my cell phone and heard my greeting, left a message, and was able to play back the message. The message light on my AT&T home base keeps on flashing as if I have a message but the VM system was turned off by AT&T. I have held the # key for 5 seconds and it goes away but keeps returning. Please tell me what the problem is and how to resolve it.
