Won't Connect To Base
One handset won't connect to base. It even has a slash through the wireless signal. How do we reconnect it?

You may need to re-register the handset. Follow the instructions on page 35 of the user guide obtainable here.

Another cause is that you are too far away from the base unit.
If that does not resolve the problem you may have a faulty handset.
