Messages Are Not Being Recorded
i have a panasonic cordless phone with answering machine model# kxtj6641c.i have tried with my cell phone to leave a message and I'm able to leave a message but the unit shows no indication a message was left and unable to retrieve the message. It looks like the phone is not recording messages. I've checked the answ machine on/off indicator to ensure it is on, also unplugged still no success, what else can I do, please help. thanks dianne
