Yes: Expandable Up To 6 Handsets. According to panasonic page your phone Panasonic KX-TG7875S / KX-TG385SK 5 Handset Cordless Phone are identical; that being so the extra handset available Panasonic KX-TGA680B here, or you can purchase here.
