Our Voicemail System Is Not Working.
When we dial in to receive our voicemails, we receive a busy signal.

I'm not sure that these phones have voicemail facility.
There are 2 documents available regarding programming the phone system. Neither has any reference to voicemail. You will need a separate answerphone device to avail yourself of that facility. These are the documents.
