Telephone Problem...kx Dt343

The message light will not go out after all the messages have be deleted.

Kixs here, with Panasonic. I'd like to answer your questions, and perhaps answer a not so common question. This may happen from time to time. Long story short. To clear this little dilemma, follow instructions below:

1. Go Off-Hook/ pickup receiver or speaker phone.

2. press * 70 0 (followed by your extension # )

3. You will hear a confirmation tone. ( the light should then turn off)

4. Then you can hang up.
