Which Is The Best/cheap Replacement For Floppy Drive Panasonic Ju 257a166p?

My keyboard Roland G-800 uses Panasonic's floppy drive, which is damaged...I tryed to clean up my drive, but without positive results. I found some Amiga and the others compatibile floppy drives, etc. but it isn't stable solution, also expensive. In the other hand I found HDM Uniflash and Floppy drive Emulator... Which is the best solution?
