How Do I Manually Modify The Favorite Channels ?
I do not have remote controller ; I know that you manually select ACTIONS, then pick the icon CHANNELS, then go in to it. I need to be able to set a channel number "4" in order to use cable. Currently I have favorite channels 3-5-8-10. I enter a channel "4" with no remote controller. So, could I simply DELETE these favorite channels (not needed anymore) and somehow manually set Tv to channel 4 ?

I think that you have a cable box and it's set up to output on channel 4, but since you have no remote for the TV, you cannot access this channel.
There are several ways to remedy this situation. First of all is to change the output of the cable box to channel 3, then put the TV to channel 3 and enjoy. Many cable boxes have a switch on the back and simply sliding it back and forth changes the output channel from 3 to 4.
The second way is to program the cable box to operate the Panasonic TV, then press [TV] to change the mode, then enter [0],[0],[4],[enter] to change the TV to that channel. Then press [cable] to return the remote to a mode to operate the cable box.
Finally, you can auto-program the TV tuner with the cable box "on". Sometimes there is enough buttons that you can enter the TV "menu" and find and run the channel auto-program function. It will run through all the channels before it done, but if it done correctly, when it's done, the only channel it will find is the one the cable box is outputting (should be channel 3 or 4 dependent upon the switch).
