Your Customer Service People Do Not Follow Through.

On Feb 24 I informed your customer service that my tenant was moving and put the serice in my name. Mrs Ledford took my info. I supplied her with tax bill and sewer bill to prove ownershipp. This was faxesd and it was confirmed receivedd. I have workmen at the property and they informed my my service was turned off. I called waited on hold 55 minutes. I was told by Erin, a supervisor, that i had to go to Burlington office by 4 o'clock to get it turned on my mon. I did this , Steve, told me the earliest date would be 4/3/14 Iam loosing time with contractors and potentional tenants. This is cossting me alot of money. This was your mistake and itshould be corrected today. Joan O'Connor
