Customer Service Problem Was Not Resolved.
I ordered anb Abbyson living Richmond chair and ottoman because I spent two hours trying to find just the ottoman. When on line with a chat person a few days ago we found just the ottoman. I don't need the chair!!! I just want the ottoman and the day I was schatting with your rep theottoman was just 254. 00. The ottoman is all I want and need. PLEASE advise.

You can return your purchase and order just the ottoman. Follow the instructions at https://help.overstock.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3.
