Model Rgr 126 Problem Resetting After Replacing Batteries. Top Line Keeps Blin
Followed steps 3&4 as described in the manual. Cannot get the top line (showing zeros) to stop from blinking. Therefore, it doesn't register the rainfall. Starting process by pushing the reset button, then "time-set" then the time, year, & days date in the prescribed sequence. Retried. Same result, the top line "today" continues to blink on and off. Pushing "time-set" just leads you through the same sequence, same result.
