Can You Sand Floors With An Oreck Xl 400?
if you can sand floors does it require a special attachment?where do I get 60 and 80 grit ssndpape

According to FloorBufferPads.com, the XL 400 is a sander as well as buffer/polisher. You can purchase the necessary pads directly from Oreck:
