.i Cancelled But Was Given About $120aus Less Refund ?
Hi...On Jan 3rd i booked some flights through orbitz, then rang next day to cancel inorder to rebook return flights.I was specifically told there will be no cancellation fees yet i received a refund about $120 less than original purchase and was wondering if you could please explain this to me? It appears Orbitz's words and actions were inconsistent, so only Orbitz can explain. Phone customer service at 888-656-4546. If necessary, call the escutive offices at 312-894-5000.
