Disney Land Vacation Package Through Orbits.
If I book a disneyland package through orbits does it come with park hopper tickets?

The Disney page on Orbitz doesn't specify whether they come with park hopper tickets. You can contact Orbitz customer support and ask them to find out about your specific package.
