To get a copy of your confirmatione-mail,
1. Log into your account and go to "My Trips"
2. Select the desired trip
3. Click "E-mail"
4. Enter your e-mail address in the form field
(To send to more than one e-mail address, separate addresses by commas).
5. Enter any note in the given field (optional)
6. Click 'Send'.
Do be sure that you don't post such personal info on a public site such as HelpOwl. All we need is the problem.
