Booking A Ticket With An Infant
I'm booking a ticket for an adult a chil 3 yrs old and an infant 1.5 yrs old and it's charging me for three adults

The policies vary between airlines (who determines the rules, NOT Orbitz), but you can generally bring a baby under 2 yrs on board as long as they don't require a full seat to themselves. However, you will have to notify the airline in advance. Check with the airline first, then simply purchase the tickets for only 2 seats.
