Ipad Frozen. Fcc Id: Bcga1455 Ic:579c-a1455 Serial: Dlxkn141f19m

Hi,after several attempts to sign a password with my iPad, it's got frozen. Presently I can only put on and put off pressing the on/off button then slide. The screen doesn't move. No other possibilities. This happened with children wo were not aware about this misuse. Please help.
