Try making a call using a different phone. If you have another phone connected to your Ooma Telo, try making a call from that phone. If the call goes through, then the problem is likely with your first phone.
Try making a call to a different number. If you can't make a call to any number, then the problem is likely with your Ooma Telo itself.
Try rebooting your router. This can sometimes fix problems with your internet connection, which can affect Ooma service.
Check for Ooma service outages. You can check the Ooma service status page to see if there are any known outages in your area.
If you have tried all of the above and you are still having problems, then you will need to wait until Ooma customer service is open tomorrow. You can try calling them first thing in the morning to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can use your cell phone to receive calls. If you have a voicemail service with your cell phone company, you can set up a voicemail message to let people know that your landline is not working and that you are checking your cell phone messages regularly.
I hope this helps. Happy birthday tomorrow!
