Rotate Tires
Beginning of Nov 2014 I had my dealer rotate my tires at just over 10,000 km. Since then, every month you email me that my tires need rotating. Why is this?

OnStar's Vehicle Diagnostic Emails provide indicators of suggested service benchmarks at certain mileages. These indicators are only meant to serve as a reminder to have the suggested service performed. OnStar receives no indication of whether or not the service has been performed or not. The indicator in your Diagnostic Email will go away on its own. I hope this helps!
