Br652 Blood Pressure Cuff Issues

my bp652 is not working correctly it will stop halfway through the cycle and give me an E5 code and at times it will give a reading that's there is no way it's correct like 175/150 you can take the reading again on the other arm and it will read lower like it should be at times it will not pump up at all but put out a cod

E5 means that clothing is interfering with the cuff.
