Where Is The Thermostat Located On A Bravada Oldsmobile 2001?

Thermostat's are always located on top of the engine block. Follow the upper radiator hose back to the top of the engine. There is thermostat housing at the end of that hose. The thermostat is under the housing. Very easy to remove, but be sure the car is cold before working on it.
Before unbolting the housing, drain some of the coolant out of the radiator. Drain the coolant level down to below the height of the thermostat. You can do that by opening the petcock at the bottom of the radiator. It's usually on the passenger side of the radiator.
