Turning Signal Wiper Cruise Control Was Opened And Cleaned And Put Back

together.  Wipers work, hazard lights work, water squirts properly, cruise control functions but turning signals do not come on.  Relay switch was changed. I have a 2000 oldsmobile silhouette.  How can I fix this problem?  Thanks, David
