Fuel Pump Does Not Have Power Going To It. Put A New Relay Switch ,still Nothing
CHECKED THE FUSEABLE LINKS ON STARTER THEY ARE GOOD. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

If your car key has a resistor chip in it, then that is probably the problem. The Vehicle Anti-Theft System (VATS) has become a big problem with cars from the 1990's. If the resistor is dirty or defective, the car will not start. The VATS setup cuts power to the fuel pump if it doesn't recognize the resistor in the key.
Here's what you can do. First, wipe off the key with a cloth and see if that solves the problem. If that doesn't work, try your spare key. If you don't have a spare, have a new key made at your local Oldsmobile dealership.
A new key may be your best best to eliminate a bad key resistor as the problem.
