Scanner Keep Saying No Cable Connected, But It Is!
Have HP photosmartC4280 All-in-one Printer, scanner, copier. When I hit scan button it says USB cable is not connected but it is!?!? All other functions work fine. Have only used scanner function one time and that was for a small newspaper article, and it worked well. Now really need it for online class work and it won't work. HELP! Jean L. Moultrie, GA

I don't think Office Depot could help with this. I would recommend calling HP for help. If it is still under warrantee they may be able to fix it, or at least troubleshoot. Here is their information:
