Basic Brown Envelope Not Being Offered For Sale At Your Stores.

Wondering why you are not carrying the 7 1/2" x 10 1/2" clasp brown envelopes at your store any longer?   You do not offer anything else in this size, and what you do offer is smaller and doesn't work.  I am confused. Why should we pay to ship and special order something this simple and basic from you?  Are you not an office supply store?  Can't leave stuff alone?   I've heard and read other complaints about this.  Product sales were slow?  Not making enought money, who cares about service. Do not expect an answer, you have obviously decided not to offer it in your stores anymore.
