How Do I Get To Speak To A Manager About A Complaint?
I bought three desks 2 month ago from one of the Beaumont, Tx. stores. I paid for assembly. They first of all sent the wrong desks and now I can't get anyone to pick them up. We finally have the correct desks (the ones that I paid for) and now can't get anyone out here to assemble them. They are in boxes in our way. I just can't get anyone to help me with this problem.

There are really two options that can be done to talk to a manager at the store you purchased them from, you can either go in and ask to speak with one, the head manager usually works Monday through Friday 8-5, or you can find the store here, http://www.officedepot.com/storelocator/input.do, enter your information, and find the telephone number. If that still doesn't work, calling the Corporate offices should get something done. From what I understand, Office Depot does not do house calls, so your situation might be handled differently.
