Hi I Cannot Update My Nokia X2-01 Sw Phone Software On My Phone What Should I Do

HI! I had the same problem but later solved it in a simple way.
1>Remove your security lock (password protected lock)
2>Revert your security code to default (i.e., 12345; or; 00000)
3>Copy important Numbers to your SIM Card Memory (just in case)
4>Connect your phone to your PC (i.e., PC Suite)
5>Backup your phone again (to save contacts, messages, etc.)
6>Start the "software update" process again
7>Your phone should restart a few times during update (a sign that everything is going well)
8>If the PC Suite says "Lost Connection With Phone" then the fix didn't work for you.
