I Bought Nokia C2... After 1 Month Second Sim Is Not Working. Any Solution?

first of all make sure sim is in proper condition,its not damaged or scratched badly.
most probably there is something wrong with hard ware if sim is ok.
if you have just bought cell one month ago the best solution is to claim warranty.
if warranty is expired visit nearest nokia care center or seek professional help.
usually softwear has no concern with such issues
