My Clock Does Not Update On Home Screen Though I Have Turned Automatic Update On

The time is update on menu options screen but not on Home screen automatically. If i do some operation and go to menu then Time is updated on Home screen but if i leave it for 2mins and then unlock and check i see time not updated on Home screen.
