How To Recover All My Contacts As Replaced By Back Up Files In Nokia C101?

Greetings - Not very sure if I got you - hoever if you wish to know how to restore contacts which were previously backed-up the proceedure it as follows.

Menu>Settings>Sync and Backup>Restore backup> and select where the backup file(s) of the contacts is (eg. Memory Card) and follow the on-screen prompts.

Please do repost with a bit more details if this is not what you wished to know.
