Hi. You sadly supplied the model number of a battery and not that of the phone itself (which is located on a white sticker in the battery bay and not on the battery itself). With that said, if 12345 (the default) does not work, the you will either have to use special unlocking equipment or you flash in the phone's firmware afresh using a computer software.
