My nissan rogue screen saying service due now. What is that mean ?

That means that it's time for a periodic maintenance operation as determined by Nissan. This should be identified in your owner's manual, or you can almost certainly get the particulars by calling the service department of any Nissan dealership. (Or if you don't have the manual you can try glovebox.net or "Just Give Me the Damn Manual" for an online version.)
