Headlight Fuse Relay Replacement? 2009 Versa Sedan 1.8 S;

Left side (drivers)headlight appears "Bright" on regular lights turned on, and passenger headlight appears "regular" with the the lights turned on! When "Bright lights are turned on, the Passengen light appears "Bright" and the Driver side light appears "regular" for brightness?!? Any thoughts?? Thanks!!
