There Is Some Problem With (recall) Wire Harwarness Tiida / Versa Some Version

Hello I'm typing from Brazil I bought TIIDA S 1.8 2008 on april of 2009 and the warranties expired 6 months ago. Now the customer service (revision) told that the wire harwarness present's a problem and I have to spend around USS 2.500,00 to replace the equipment and the box of direction have to replace too mor US$ 500,00 so the km of car is less than 50.000 it's impossible presents a problem. I have GM corsa and never happened some problem with WIRE HARWARNESS or other device that was necessary to replace... Please give some information who I have to find to solve the problem and if there is similar cause there.
