My New Truck

Dear Sir or Madam, On March 19th, I purchased a new Nissan Frontier from Pinehurst Nissan in Southern Pines, North Carolina.  On the 21st, I noticed the anti-slip light came on when I was going around a gradual curve at about 50 mph and there was a noise/ vibration in the front right wheel. Understandably disappointed that my new truck came with a factory defect, I took it in on the 22nd to get the problem fixed.  I had to take vacation time from my job to do this.  After four hours the Service Manager said they could not fix it, would have to order a part, but I should get it back the next day. It is now March 30th- eight days later- and I am still without my new truck.  I feel the Service Manager has acted in good faith to get the problem corrected.  But, despite his several requests for help from Nissan, he has had no support in fixing the problem.  This is unacceptable.  I request the appropriate person from Nissan send him some help immediately and let me know what is going on.  My next correspondence on this issue will be to the North Carolina Attorney General’s Department of Consumer Affairs on Wednesday, 4/3 if I do not hear back from you with a resolution to my issue Sincerely , Al Carter
