2001 Xterra's Bumpers Are Severly Faded.

Hello, My 2001 Xterra's bumpers are severly faded.  I think they are some kind of plastic composit. Is there a spray paint I can use?

you may want to try headlamp lens fog cleaner, it has a mild abrasive, it will take some elbow grease, I used on front grill area and it cleaned up very nice.
