Why Is My Quest Making A Loud Whining Noise?

When ever I turn on the van it makes a whining noise. I checked all my fluids and belts, and they are ok. I just had the timing belt replaced 2 weeks ago. It doesn't get louder when I turn, so I don't think it's the power steering pump. But it sounds like that kind of whining noise.
