How Can I Disarm The Factory Immobilizer In A 1999 Nissan Maxima A32?

Tried to program a new remote for a 1999 Nissan Maxima A32, but it has erased all programming and now won't accept any remote including the original remote. The alarm is now going off and the vehicle won't start. We can get it into programming mode, but it won't accept any remote. How can we disarm the immobilizer?
