Heater Hose.

I have a hos eleak when i turn on the AC. It is not AC fluid but radiator anti freeze. The hose runs down in between the alve cover  and the exhaust. The nube ris 056-1B011. What is te diameter of the insid eof this hose. I don't want to take it off until i can get the right hose. It is asmall pinhole leak
