Airbag System

How to get inside airbag system on the steering wheel. When making a turn,something is Clunking around inside steering wheel, u can feel&hear it. sometimes it actives the horn. Airbag light on dashboard doesn't stay Lit. Can i dig into this & repair? any help would be appreciated! thanks
