Seat Belt Retractor Broke Nissan Quest 1995

Locate the motor to my seat belt retractor, which is stuck and vibrating in the drivers side position , how do I disable it until I can get it fixed??

There is a circuit breaker unper the dash on the drivers side. it will disable the both the passenger and drivers side seat belts. You can just manually connect and reconnect the belt until you get it fixed.
