Digital Photo Frame Problem

How can I get rid of the screen showing a big red X on top of what looks like a page with lines on it? This appears regularly after some uploaded photos and not others. It is very annoying. I've deleted those photos that seem to generate the red X, but then it just appears after other photos. Please help.
