Westell 7500 And A Netgear Wn200rpt.good Signal No Internet.

my wireless devices show the netgear_ext as having excellent signal strength but will not access the net. Tried using www.mywifiext.net and .com but can not gain access to repeater. I need help...and yes I do have the PDF manual but it's not help.
