Netgear Wg111v3

Hi everyone , I'm having trouble with my Netgear WG111v3  network adapter , I've installed the software but when I reach the part where I insert the adapter I click Next , it says "System initializing" and then nothing happens , I've gone through this process many times and it still doesn't work , even with the latest driver If someone could provide me with a solution I would be most grateful

The netgear adapter won't work on 10.7 Lion unless you download and install the netgear driver 10.4 from the netgear website. Then after an install and a reboot it will work perfectly.
