I Have A Net Zero Account Phone 570-877-5768

I cannot use my cell phone - it reads "insert SIM"-it took the battery out again and put back in and it does not work what should I do-Itried a few times to remove battery and insert.  Nothing

Are you sure you don't have a NET10 phone? NetZero actually provides internet service.

it sounds like you need a new sim card, which is normally free from your provider.
