How To Retrieve E-mails After Cancelling Service.

Irecently cancelled the netzero dialup service and went to Hughesnet satellite internet.No longer needing the land line for this service,Icancelled the phone serviceand went to all cell phones.Now on the Hughesnet dashboard I have an icon to click on "netzero e-mail".When I click on this icon,it asks me to list"user name" and"password"I put in a user name I thought was correct but it refused entry,saying incorrect password was used.How can I get the correct password,or set up a new user name and password?The Netzero tech support costs $1.95 a minute,and from my past experience with them,they go around in circles to waste time and cost me more than it is worth,as any important e-mails are coming to the Hughesnet e-mail site,but if I can retreive the Netzero e-mails I would like to be able to.
