I Have Just Received A Collection Agency On An Old Netzero Account?
I haven't had netzero in years...i have never been notified of a balance due EVER! I have paid off your company years ago..why am i being asked for a balance from a strange collection agency..i will not use, as i have no idea where this is coming from? Could you please let me know if this is legitimate?? I am Susan Welborn or Floyd J. Welborn...i don't know of an account number, as it has been a long time. thankyou, Susan Welborn
